Since, economic growth depends on the success of businesses, we, at TFI, believe that corporate excellence and effective strategies should be recognized, if not rewarded. We applaud local job creation through investing and developing our communities, and encourage innovation, fair and responsible practices, and customer-oriented approaches.

Specifically, we aim to support organizations and events that award businesses for their excellence and continuing success in their sector and promote youth entrepreneurship and small businesses.

Investing in the people and the future leaders and professionals of our community, is of the utmost importance for TFI.

We believe that the people are the most valuable investment for a business and encourage fair education in the workplace and valuable skills development.

We condemn social discrimination and strive for a workplace with equal opportunities and encouraging working conditions.

For the professional and personal development of our employees, we promote industry certification and the attendance of seminars and specialized programs.

When businesses are conscious of their social impact and responsibilities, the welfare of others and the community becomes part of their social mission. We are committed to giving back to the people and specifically young adults, from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds, and we encourage our employees to do the same outside the workplace.

In line with our philanthropic responsibility, instead of corporate gifts, TFI chooses to donate to humanitarian organisations, and on occasions dedicate a portion of our earnings to aid their efforts. Many of our employees are also repetitive blood donors and registered on donor compatibility lists.

TFI believes that being environmentally responsible is an obligation and not a choice.

We are committed long-term, to continually improving our practices and educating ourselves and our employees, to identify wasteful activities and eliminate them from our everyday lives, whether within or outside the office. Our goal is to adopt a precautionary approach and an environmentally responsible behaviour, in our daily routines.

Specifically, to minimize our waste, TFI proudly operates plastic free cafeteria, use paper shredding services, incorporated recycling in our daily lives and aim to participate in many environmentally friendly activities.
